Pregnancy is just one of the many amazing things you may experience in your lifetime, it can also come with its challenges. Whether you are trying to conceive or are already pregnant you may be wanting to understand exactly what your body needs nutritionally to help you and your baby thrive during the next 9 months.

Regular Meals
Ensure you are eating regularly to ensure blood sugar levels are at an optimal level and don't have you crashing into your cravings.
It's time to add those energy mix nuts to your drawer and lunch bag. 
Fruit and Vegetables
Ensuring you have a variety of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Especially those dark and leafy greens.
