Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your Little Fenix experience and all products purchased from our stores.

Should you change your mind and require a return, item/s must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unworn with tags attached and in/with original packaging. Credit notes are valid for 6 months. 

Please choose carefully as we don’t exchange or accept returns on sale and discounted items if you change your mind or make an incorrect decision.

In the unlikely event that you're not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days from delivery of your order at info@littlefenix.com.au.

All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. However, should your items be visually damaged or opened on receipt, please ensure that you notify the carrier before signing for your order and let us know by emailing info@littlefenix.com.au

At this time Little Fenix is unable to offer return shipping costs.

Depending on location, the time in which your exchange item will reach you may vary.

* All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by you, the buyer. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Little Fenix Kids will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
